Application review
Our team carefully reviews your resume, portfolio, and application details to understand your background and how your skills align with our current requirements.
Initial screening call
A 20-minute call with our HR team to understand your experience, career goals and fit for the role. We'll also answer any questions you have about the team and role.
Skill assessment
A practical task relevant to the role — typically 2–3 hours. We keep it realistic and pay a token amount for your time if it exceeds 3 hours. No trick questions.
Interview with team lead
A 45-minute conversation with your direct manager and a team member. We want to understand how you think, work and communicate — not just your technical knowledge.
